On July 14, the Vision team released update 3.7.1, a key part of which was the long-awaited release of Safari - allowing all Vision users on macOS 15 and later to create profiles with a Safari core.

According to analysts’ estimates (specifically, data from Statcounter and Internet World Stats), Safari’s user base in 2026 can be estimated at approximately 1 billion people. It’s important to note right away that these aren’t strictly independent “ground-up” measurements, but rather calculations based on market share tracked by traffic statistics services.
For comparison: in June 2026, Statcounter recorded Safari’s share at 15.31% of total global web traffic. And although Google Chrome remains the clear leader by a wide margin (about 69.65%), Safari is holding steady in second place.
As expected, Safari dominates the Apple ecosystem: its market share is very high on the iPhone, iPad, and macOS (according to some estimates, up to 90% on Apple mobile devices). However, on desktop computers outside the Apple ecosystem, this share is significantly lower.
Looking at regional statistics, the browser is particularly popular in North America (for example, in Canada, its market share reached about 35.8% in 2025), Oceania, and Europe. In Asia, the situation is more complex: in some countries (Japan, South Korea), where iPhones are popular, Safari is in high demand, while in others (such as India), its market share is extremely low.
The main reason is its deep integration with Apple products. For iPhone, Mac, and iPad owners, Safari often becomes the natural choice: synchronization via iCloud, a unified interface, and optimization for Apple hardware. In addition, Apple actively emphasizes security and privacy - for example, it has implemented Intelligent Tracking Prevention (ITP), which blocks cross-site tracking. This appeals to users for whom data protection is a priority.
Within the Apple ecosystem, Safari is often preinstalled, which further encourages its use. In some sectors (education, the corporate sector), Safari is specifically chosen because of its built-in security features.
However, in the global market, Safari consistently trails Chrome, which leads the way thanks to its greater versatility and support for various platforms.
As of the summer of 2026, Safari lags behind Chrome in terms of the number of built-in features - such as UDP support, the ability to replace video streams, and the lack of a highly developed extension ecosystem to which Chromium users have become accustomed. However, entire categories of users have expressed a need for this browser for a variety of reasons:
Analyzing how a specific website’s anti-fraud measures react to different fingerprints and devices;
Working with region-specific websites where the number of Safari users has historically been high (Canada, for example, as already mentioned);
Rendering and JavaScript peculiarities. Some websites behave differently in WebKit and Blink (Chrome). To accurately replicate Safari user behavior, a corresponding environment is required;
Under certain conditions when solving specific tasks, some websites show better fingerprint pass rates with Safari than with Chrome (such as registering Outlook accounts in the summer of 2026, for example);
Many users believe that managing multiple Apple developer accounts is more efficient when using Safari fingerprints;
Simulating the behavior of macOS users, which is useful when testing ads on certain platforms that target specific operating systems;
As you can see, a Safari-based antidetect tool can be a very useful tool for a wide variety of applications. But which browser should you choose?

However, all solutions on the market prior to our release were technically rather weak products, most of which were developed not by professionals in the field of antidetect technology, but through the rapid growth of “vibecoding” (development using AI as the primary developer).
This poses significant risks to the user - AI is not an expert in developing antidetect products, and many aspects of the technical implementation of such browsers, such as simple JS replacements, will become major triggers for the anti-fraud systems of the sites you need to access.
