Updating Vision to version 3.7.1

Our latest major release is the Safari browser core!
In addition to the new core, this update includes PTZ webcam control and other improvements.

🟢 Safari
In response to numerous requests from our users, we've added Apple's browser core — Safari — to Vision. Profile creation is now available to all users of macOS 15 and later!
🟢 PTZ Webcam Control
Many new features have been added for controlling the webcam: preview, cropping, zooming, and resolution selection.
🟢 Other fixes and improvements
Update 3.7.1 also includes a number of fixes and improvements to the app and the Chrome core that enhance stability, performance, and the user experience.
